Car rolls on highway
A Rigby man was hospitalized after a rollover on U.S. Highway 20 on Friday.
Idaho State Police said Michael Peterson, 20, was driving south on the highway near Rexburg. He passed a semi-truck in the left lane in a gray Dodge Stratus. As he merged right, he began to lose control of the car. He overcorrected to the left, crossing the left lane and rolling into the median, ISP said.
Peterson was transported to Madison Memorial by ground ambulance. State police said Peterson was wearing his seat belt.
