Hit-and-run crash in Bonneville County

Idaho State Police is investigating a hit-and-run crash at the intersection of Iona Road and U.S. Highway 26. The incident happened Friday around 7:45 p.m.

Authorities say Sheila Lett of Idaho Falls was traveling west on Iona Road in a 2010 GMC Terrain. Lett was attempting to cross U.S. Highway 26 when she was hit by a dark blue pickup truck without its headlights on. The dark blue pickup was last seen driving westbound on Iona Road and should have front end damage from the collision.
