Man arrested on sexual battery warrant

An Idaho Falls man was arrested Wednesday on a warrant of lewd conduct and sexual battery of a minor 16 to 17 years of age.

Idaho Falls police said the arrest of Dan R. Nelson, 43, stems from an investigation that began in early September relating to an inappropriate relationship with a teenage boy beginning in 2008.

Nelson was booked into the Bonneville County Jail.
