Smith concedes to Simpson in congressional race

Bryan Smith conceded to incumbent Mike Simpson in the Republican primary race for U.S. representative for Idaho.

When his campaign manager announced Smith conceding, around 10 p.m. Tuesday, Simpson had the lead, with 6,639 to 3,674 votes and 71 of 453 precincts reporting.
