Chubbuck Woman Injured in Crash
A woman from Chubbuck was sent to Portneuf Medical Center Friday after being involved in a rollover crash.
Idaho State Police said 23-year-old Lindsay Thompson was driving southbound on Interstate 15 when she swerved to avoid a slow-moving vehicle. ISP said she lost control of her vehicle and traveled off the left shoulder of the road. The vehicle rolled into the median, coming to rest on its top. It happened at mile marker 91, south of the Blackfoot exit a little before 10 p.m. Friday.
ISP said Thompson was wearing her seat belt. She was taken by ambulance to Portneuf Medical Center.
The left lane was blocked for about two hours.
