Fatal Pocatello Traffic Accident
One person has died after a traffic accident in Pocatello Wednesday afternoon.
The Accident happened at the intersection ofGarrett Way and Cedar Street just after 5pm.
A release from the Pocatello Police Department says “This accident involved a commercial tree trimming truck and a passenger vehicle. Three victims were transported to the hospital while one victim is deceased at the scene.It will be several hours before the road will be opened. Choose alternate routes for the next few hours.”
Police have not yet released any information about the victims identities.
The Idaho State Police along with the Pocatello Police are investigating the crash with an accident reconstruction team.
