Man may face enticement charge after arrest

A man may be facing a charge of enticing a child under the age of 16 in the Menan/Lewisville area from his actions earlier this week.

Kevin Gary Strange, 45, of Jefferson County, was arrested on a probation violation in Madison County, the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office said Thursday.

Strange was reported to Jefferson County deputies earlier this week.

Deputies are still investigating various incidents, which could bring about other charges, they said.

The Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office said Strange’s actions alarmed parents on Facebook.
