Sweeto Burrito is leaving Idaho Falls

The Sweeto Burrito trailer will leave Idaho Falls to assist in training new employees.

“We have a number of major franchisees that are coming into our system from different parts of the country and one of those major franchise groups wants to anxiously get started in the East Coast,” said John Pierre Francia, CEO and founder of Sweeto Burrito.

Sweeto Burrito will close its windows Wednesday night, but it might not be gone forever. Francia is looking to have a permanent location in Idaho Falls.

“There are a couple people we are talking to. I am going slow, I want to find the right people. The worst thing you can do as a franchise owner is pick the wrong people. You want to find the right level of energy, passion, enthusiasm, love for the brand and financing to make sure they will be successful and long-term operators,” said Francia.
