Locals react to cold weather

Locals in Idaho Falls are used to cold weather, but when the temperatures drop to the single digits even they can’t deny it’s freezing.

“It’s so cold that even my thermometer is sending me postcards from Jamaica,” said an Idaho Falls man.

Some were worried about themselves but others were thinking about their four legged furry friends.

“It’s so cold that my dogs are thinking about being potty trained because they don’t even wanna go out,” said a local pet owner.

Even with the freezing temperatures some had a favorite frosty dessert on their mind.

“It’s so cold that ice cream comes straight out of the cow,” said a local teen.

Youngsters might run into some issues with the low temperatures.

“It’s so cold it can freeze my boogers,” said a young boy.

For older women the cold weather might not be such an issue.

“It’s so cold…it’s so cold my hot flashes feel great,” said an Idaho Falls woman.
