Christina Jensen
Christina Jensen joined the Local News 8 team and KIDK Eyewitness News team in February 2013. Christina comes from San Luis Obispo, Calif., where she began two years of her career as a producer at NBC-owned affiliate KSBY-TV.
Christina holds a bachelor of science degree from California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo. During college she learned the skills to be a successful reporter, anchor, producer and executive producer.
She has a deep appreciation for the news industry and considers herself a watchdog for the community.
She is often asked about her ethnicity. Her mother is from the Dominican Republic and her father is Danish and Mexican.
In her free time she loves traveling, exploring new destinations, restaurants and foods, and spending time with her dog, Harlow.
