First Alert Weather
Slick roadways caused by freezing fog was a big problem for several areas across the region on Saturday. We’ll see a bit more fog Sunday morning but it won’t be as widespread or as thick. Skies will begin to clear off by Sunday afternoon with just a few flurries in and around Yellowstone National Park.
By Sunday evening, most areas should see clearer skies with Monday looking to be mostly sunny and relatively warm day with above average temperatures. Those clear skies should stick around until late Tuesday afternoon when a warm storm from the south will start to move in. With the warm air, we’ll see a lot of rain and and sleet. Only the highest elevations will see actual snow from this storm.
Wednesday’s stormy weather won’t stick around long as the sun comes back Thursday afternoon, and it sticks around through Friday.
