Tyler Berg
Tyler joins Local News 8 from Milwaukee, Wis., where he interned with CBS affiliate WDJT-TV.
Tyler is no stranger to the state of Idaho. He studied communications at Boise State University before earning a degree in broadcast journalism from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. There he anchored, reported and produced the campus newscast, UWM PantherVision.
Tyler dreamed of being a sports anchor since he was a child, but developed a passion for news after he was introduced to the work of a feature reporter. He is still a sports nut, though. Tyler is a huge Boise State football fan, and of course, he loves the Green Bay Packers.
Outside of work, Tyler enjoys camping, fly fishing, photography and anything outdoors. Saturdays he can be found in the stands at Bronco Stadium or in front of multiple TVs, catching the day’s college football action.
