Part of Hitt Road to close

Hitt Road south of Sunnyside Road will close for construction Wednesday night through Thursday morning.

Earlier, the City of Idaho Falls had given a different time for the closure, but now says the road will close from 9 p.m. Wednesday to 5 a.m. Thursday for construction.

During that time, the road will be open only to emergency vehicles and for business access.
