Sheriff’s office releases names in deadly shooting

The Bonneville County Sheriff’s Office has released the names of those involved in Sunday’s deadly shooting in Ammon.

Philip Clay was wanted on a failure to appear warrant from Ada County. Bondsmen and security personnel tried to arrest Clay on the 3500 block of Greenfield Drive. On Thursday, the sheriff’s office named them:

Kathleen R. Flores, 46, of the Boise area, who works for Northwest Surety Investigations.
Alfredo Arreguin Jr, 29, of the Boise area, who works for Northwest Surety Investigations.
Guy R. Braceli-Gambino, 50, of the Boise area, who was contracted by Northwest Surety Investigations.
Michael W. Moore, 47, of the Boise area, who works for Braceli-Gambino.
James O. Eggleston, 29, of Idaho Falls, owner of Vets Security, was hired to help Northwest Surety Investigations.
Christopher D. Schulthies, 30, works for Vets Security, asked by Eggleston to help.

Authorities said Clay had a semi-automatic pistol. Five shots were fired in the shooting, and all of them by Schulthies, deputies said.

“A complete and thorough investigation needs to be complete before we will release any other information,” the sheriff’s office said.
