Smith’s recalls carrot cake

Smith’s Food and Drug Stores said Thurssday it is recalling select Smith’s Bakery Fresh Carrot Cake sold in seven states including Idaho and Wyoming.

The store says it’s because the product contains walnuts that may not be listed on the label.
The following items are included in the recall:

Smith’s Bakery Fresh Carrot Cake, 1/4 sheet filled. Packaged on or before April 1, 2015. UPC Code: 41573-07058
Smith’s Bakery Fresh Carrot Cake Slice, 5 ounces. Packaged on or before April 1, 2015. UPC Code: 750903-91714
Smith’s Bakery Fresh Carrot Cake, 1/8 sheet. Packaged on or before April 1, 2015. UPC Code: 770118-22460
