Man arrested on aggravated assault charge after rifle incident

One man was arrested after police responded to disturbance at 424 Industrial.

Pocatello police said they were called to the residence for two different disturbances Thursday night. During the second, police determined Kodie Munn, 42, had kicked in the door then threatened and pointed a loaded rifle at another person.

Munn was arrested and charged with aggravated assault around 11 p.m.
