Power back on for 2,000 customers in Bonneville County

Lights are back on for about 2,000 power customers who were without electricity in the Ammon and Idaho Falls area for about two hours Friday.

Power went out around 11:30 a.m., andRocky Mountain Power said it was restored 1:40 p.m.

The utility said a wire came loose and cross two other lines, causing a circuit breaker to open at the Sand Creek substation.
