Tanner Cox trial postponed to December

The man accused of beating Josh Olzak to death will now head to trial in December.

Tanner Cox’s pre-trial, scheduled for today was moved to October 18th.

His trial, originally scheduled for September 14th will take place December 1st.

Cox is pleading not-guilty to voluntary manslaughter.

In May, Cox was accused of beating Josh Olzak to death, that same night Cox was charged with a DUI.

If he is found guilty, Cox could face up to 15 years in prison and a $15,000 fine.
