BYU-Idaho shows off new state-of-the-art apartments

Brigham Young University-Idaho has been working for two years to prepare their new state-of-the-art apartments in Rexburg.

The new housing complex is called Centre Square and has room for about 850 beds.

Two out of the three buildings will accommodate female students and one will house male students.

One first year student said she is enjoying her new apartment.

“Its really awesome, it’s not dirty because people haven’t lived it before. Your sleeping in a brand new bed so its not like gross or anything it’s really clean and awesome,” said Shaylie Hall.

Hall also said the amenities like the indoor washer are also very helpful.

All of the apartments have been rented out for fall semester.

The next time students can sign up for the new apartments will be in January, when winter semester begins.
