Fort Hall man indicted on drug charges in U.S. District Court
A federal grand jury in Pocatello has indicted Charles Eugene Allhands, 52, of Fort Hall on charges of distribution of methamphetamine.
U.S. Attorney Wendy Olson said Allhands appeared in United States District Court and entered not guilty pleas to the charges. A jury trial is scheduled December 7 before Chief District Judge B. Lynn Winmill.
The case was investigated by the Fort Hall Police Department, the Bingham County Sheriff’s Office, and the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
