Idaho Falls Police say woman’s death was an accident

The Idaho Fall Police Department is investigating the death of a woman in her sixties who was found dead near the Haven Community Center.

Officers received a call around 8 a.m Monday morning about a woman found dead on the ground. Officials with the police department say the woman was staying at the Yellowstone Motel while looking for a home in the area.

The police have identified the body but are waiting to release the woman’s identity until they can contact her family.

The Idaho Falls Police Department has ruled that the woman’s death was an accident but have not released full details of what happened.
