A local business is partnering with three national groups to make sure your kids are safe online.
“So we’ve found in talking to a lot of parents that there just needs to be a conversation when they get that tablet or phone for Christmas and they open it up that they need to just sit down and spend a few minutes and let them know the expectations and let them know that there are a lot of dangers out there,” said Brittany Oler, Marketing Director for KidsEmail.Org.
There are many things parents should work to avoid with technology and their kids, including getting a hold of inappropriate information or getting stuck in a situation where they spend tons of money.
