Idaho Falls man arrested for 2015 rape of a vulnerable adult
Idaho Falls Police arrested 53-year-old Raymond T. Deleon on a warrant for rape and abuse, exploit, neglect of a vulnerable adult on Friday.
Deleon of Idaho Falls was booked into the Bonneville County Jail.
According to reports, Deleon raped a 27?year?old woman at a residence in the 900 block of Payne Avenue in June 2015.
The rape was reported to police in July 2015. Police received and issued the warrant on Friday.
