Two arrested on drug charges after tip to Idaho Falls Police

Idaho Falls Police arrested 33-year-old Timothy E. Hudson and 21-year-old Breanna L. Davis on drug charges Wednesday night after they received a tip about Hudson.

Hudson and Davis, both of Idaho Falls, were booked into the Bonneville County Jail.

According to reports, officers received a tip Hudson, who had outstanding warrants, was at a residence on the 1200 block of Washburn Avenue around 8:30 p.m.

Officers arrived and found Hudson and Davis at the residence. They both ran from police. But, were shortly apprehended. Hudson and Davis were both found in possession of drugs and paraphernalia. Davis was also found in possession of a scale.

Hudson was arrested on three warrants, possession of Methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of Marijuana and resisting arrest.

Davis was arrested for possession of a controlled substance with the intent to deliver, possession of drug paraphernalia, resisting arrest and three outstanding warrants.

Hudson was alsoarrested on several warrants in December of last year.
