Mother’s Day started 102 years ago. President Woodrow Wilson dedicated the special day.
The average woman in the work force makes about $50,000 per year. If mothers were paid a salary based on the jobs they complete each day, they would make almost three times that amount.
First of all, the job clocks in with 52 hours of overtime past the normal 40-hour workweek. Totaling a yearly salary of $143,000 according to salary.com.
