Police looking for suspect of stolen SUV
Pocatello police are looking for a man who may have been driving a stolen SUV and was found submerged in a river Saturday.
Police said they’re looking for Brandon James Lenker, 36. They said their investigation determined he may have been seen driving the vehicle.
A 2011 Toyota FJ Cruiser was stolen from Flandro Drive on April 27. On Saturday, May 6, they found the SUV in the river off of Portneuf Road near Ft. Hall Mine Road.
Police said Lenker is described as 6’2″, 175 pounds with brown hair and hazel eyes. He currently has short cropped hair and little or no facial hair, they said.
