Emergency water line repair on Broadway planned

The city of Idaho Falls will repair a leaking water service line on West Broadway, just west of the intersection with Yellowstone Avenue, on Thursday, June 9. Construction will begin at approximately 2 a.m. Thursday morning.

East and westbound traffic will be reduced to one lane, and traffic restrictions are anticipated to remain in place through the morning commute. Please plan accordingly.

Barring unforeseen conditions, the project will be completed by noon on Thursday.

Please watch for equipment and workers, follow all traffic signs and flaggers, and reduce speeds to posted limits.
