Certain ramps on I-15 and US Highway 20 will also be closed or limited that day. Here are the details:

The northbound I-15 on-ramp from Broadway Street (Exit 118) will close from 10 p.m. until pedestrian traffic has cleared following the fireworks. Traffic on Broadway Street will be detoured along Skyline Drive to Grandview Drive and then to Exit 119, where motorists may continue along eastbound U.S. 20 or exit onto northbound I-15.
The northbound I-15 off-ramp at Exit 119 will close from 10 p.m. until pedestrian traffic has cleared following the fireworks. Motorists traveling north on the interstate, who want to exit into downtown Idaho Falls, must use Exit 118. Motorists traveling north on the interstate, who want to reach Rigby or Rexburg, must proceed northbound to Exit 134 in Roberts or to Exit 143 in Sage Junction and proceed east on Idaho 48 or Idaho 33, respectively.
The eastbound U.S. 20 off-ramp to Lindsay Boulevard will close from 6 p.m. until pedestrian traffic has cleared following the fireworks.
The eastbound U.S. 20 off-ramp to Fremont Avenue and Riverside Drive will close from 6 p.m. until pedestrian traffic has cleared following the fireworks.
The westbound U.S. 20 off-ramp to Fremont Avenue and Riverside Drive will remain open, but traffic will be required to turn north on Fremont Avenue at the bottom of the ramp from 6 p.m. until pedestrian traffic has cleared following the fireworks.
The westbound U.S. 20 off-ramp to Lindsay Boulevard will remain open, but traffic will be required to turn north on Lindsay Boulevard at the bottom of the ramp from 6 p.m. until pedestrian traffic has cleared following the fireworks.
After the fireworks, Idaho State Police and transportation department crews will temporarily block exits from U.S. 20 onto Lindsay Boulevard, Riverside Drive and eastbound Science Center Drive to reduce traffic congestion.
