Fremont County issues open burning ban
Due to very high fire danger, Fremont County has issued a county-wide ban on open burning until further notice.
The burn ban prohibits all open solid fuel fires and prohibits the use of the fireworks of all kinds in the county. The ban does not include fires such as propane or charcoal grills or fires in designated fire pits.
Not following the rules of the ban will be considered a misdemeanor offense.
