We’re still looking for windy, stormy day for Tuesday. A strong trough is pumping in a great deal of moisture for the beginning of our work week. until a strong ridge of high pressure finally returns across the West giving us dry and sunny conditions by the end of the week and the upcoming weekend. Tuesday, mostly cloudy skies with some scattered showers. Breezy southwest winds from 15-30mph. Chilly temps with highs staying steady into the 40’s. Chance of precip 50%. Wednesday, partly cloudy with a cloudy sky over the Wyoming border areas. A slight chance of morning rain and snow. Snake River Plain communities will still be cold, with highs only into the upper 40’s. Thursday – Saturday, mostly sunny with a warming trend. Daytime highs will be into the mid 50’s to lower 60’s. Overnight lows back to the mid to lower 30’s in the Snake River Plain.
