Driggs restaurant rated best in Idaho by Yelp

A restaurant in Driggs has Yelp’s approval. Yelp is a social media platform that allows for customers to rate and review businesses.

The Forage Bistro and Lounge was named the best restaurant in the state of Idaho.

It’s a quaint little place located in the heart of Teton Valley. The dishes are carefully prepared and customers enjoy a five-star dish for an affordable price.

Their menu changes every year says owner Lisa Hanley,”We offer chef inspired food, we have anything from a Duck Benedict to a Duck Reuben. We have buffalo rib-eye, we just do eclectic foods.”

Lisa and her husband Christian Hanley, co-own the restaurant and opened it in 2015. With their 25 year experience under their belt and love for food, the dream team has put the restaurant on the map amongst locals and travelers.

One customer Dennis Murphy wrote on the restaurant’s Facebook page and gave the restaurant five stars, “Great people and some of the finest dishes you will ever enjoy. Christian’s specialty is duck I never have liked duck but I changed my mind when I tried his.”

Stephanie Thalin stops by for lunch and dinner, she recommends the desserts.

“She has amazing French press coffee. I have been here since Lisa and Christian took it over. It’s a wonderful place to come eat anytime,” Thalin said.

They are open Monday through Friday, and Saturday and Sunday. Happy Hour is from 3:00 p.m, to 6:00 p.m.
