Actor helps St. Anthony swear-in honorary officer

Television star Erik Estrada returned to St. Anthony Thursday to help swear in a new partner in a new city task force.

Police Chief Terry Harris said Foxwoods Resort Casino CEO Felix Rappaport was sworn in as an honorary reserve police officer. He said Rappaport has plans to build a new hotel in St. Anthony.

Estrada helped the city establish its new task force, which is aimed at protecting children from internet predators and bullies.
