Suspect arrested after threatening man with a knife

Idaho Falls Police arrested Brian T. Moore, 46, with aggravated assault after he threatened a 36-year-old man was a knife late Thursday.

Police were called to the 500 block of West 21st Street at 10:51 p.m. to investigate a suspicious man. The victim said a man was creeping around his home.

Police later identified the suspect as Moore.

According to reports, the victim confronted Moore and asked him to leave. He told police Moore got angry and threatened him with a knife.

Police found Moore near 20th and Curtis. He was carrying a Leatherman utility knife.

Moore was booked into the Bonneville County jail for trespassing and an outstanding warrant.
