Forecast for Jan. 20th, 2017

Lightly scattered snow showers for the rest of the evening and much of Friday morning and afternoon. We have two more snow storms moving in over the next couple of days. The next round of snow arrives Friday evening into Saturday. With the Friday night storm, we can look forward to another 1-3″ of new snowfall for the Snake River Plain. Another storm is set to move in late Sunday and Monday morning with a little more scattered snow showers. Tonight, overcast with some scattered snow showers. Temps staying steady into the lower 20’s. Light accumulations of an inch or less. Chance of snow 50%. Friday, A 50% chance of snow. Mostly cloudy with some snow showers and some partial clearing expected later in the day. Highs near 30°. New snow accumulation of less than a half inch possible. Saturday, mainly cloudy again with a 40% chance at snow. Light snowfall accumulations. Highs into the upper 20’s for the Snake River Plain.
