Rigby couple charged with trying to deliver meth at US courthouse

A man and woman were arrested at around 11:20 a.m. Wednesday after they attempted to bring methamphetamine into the U.S. District Courthouse. Pocatello Police said they were called to the courthouse after security officers located what they believed was methamphetamine in property belonging to John Leo Mullins, 40, and Tera Lynn Mullins,40, both of Rigby. The two were attempting to pass a backpack through the courthouse screening area.
The backpack contained a small glass vial containing .2 grams of meth and 65 small plastic baggies. Police searched a vehicle the couple parked in the courthouse parking lot. Officers recovered more methamphetamine in a plastic baggie and 3 additional glass vials containing meth. There were also glass meth pipes and a marijuana pipe in the vehicle. The man and woman were both charged with possession of methamphetamine with intent to deliver.
