Riverfest 2017 music lineup announced

Seven local bands will perform at the Mountain View Hospital Riverfest 4th of July celebration.

The bands from a variety of genres will perform throughout the day at Snake River Landing.

Here is a list of the performers:

11:45 a.m. The Voltz – A classic rock bank from Arco and Idaho Falls. Young musicians who play classic covers and their own original songs. 1:00 p.m. Joe and Jacie Sites – Nine-time national fiddle champion and grandmaster fiddle champion. 2:25 p.m. DLR – Rowdy, stomp your feet, clap your hands, shout to the sky rock radio hits revisited in their own unique way. 3:45 p.m. Buster Brown – Contemporary Gospel with a soulful, folky sound. 5:00 p.m. Clint King – Building momentum as a singer/songwriter who continues the tradition of country music at its best with a voice that is nothing but his own. 6:25 p.m. McMurphy Brothers & Co. – An American Band out of Idaho Falls. The brothers grew up playing music together and are still carrying on the tradition. 7:45 p.m. The Opskamatrists – Upbeat, energetic, ska/reggae/punk band from southeast Idaho that’s guaranteed to entertain.
