$800 million Meta data center announced in Kuna

KUNA, Idaho (KIFI) - Meta, the parent company of Facebook and Instrgram, announced Wednesday it plans to build an $800 million data center in Kuna.

The ground breaking on the 960,000 square foot enter will happen in September.     

Construction is expected to be finished sometime in 2025.

US Senator Mike Crapo told KTVB in Boise, "This is a promising step for job growth and opportunities in the community."
