Koetter, Hoge have advice for Phenicie
Tampa Bay Buccaneers’ head coach Dirk Koetter and ESPN broadcaster Merril Hoge gave Idaho State head coach Rob Phenicie advice for his first year in charge.
Koetter and Hoge are both Pocatello natives and played football at Idaho State.
