Monsanto donates more than $30,000 to United Way

Monsanto donated $35,000 to the United Way of Southeastern Idaho.

The money goes toward United Way’s Campground Classroom program. Campground Classroom is a summer program designed to help prepare kids for kindergarten.

It is a six-week, camping themed program. It focuses on all areas of child development, including art, science, math and more.

Smokey the Bear was also in attendance for the check presentation so the kids could meet him.
