Construction closes Holmes Avenue and Elva Street intersection
Starting August 2, TMC Contractors, Inc. will be closing the Holmes Avenue and Elva Street intersection in Idaho Falls for a water line replacement.
TMC management said traffic will be detoured around the area.
Officials said the anticipated completion time is mid-August.
