Blackfoot council selects pool design
Blackfoot City Councilmen have agreed on the design of a proposed new swimming pool. Mayor Paul Loomis said the design would create a year-round, indoor pool with a roll-up design on one side to allow seasonal amenities, like a splash pad. A draft ordinance calling for a November general election vote on a $5 million bond will come up for review in the next city council meeting September 5.
