Santa replies to your letter when you use this 8 foot mailbox

Have you written your letter to Santa Claus? Make sure it gets to him and get a reply back by dropping it off in Santa’s Mailbox located at the Snake River Travel Plaza at 320 West Highway 26 in Blackfoot.

The 8 feet tall and 4 feet wide mailbox was made out of stainless steel and was handcrafted by Darrell Callison from Quick Draw Welding and Fabrication and custom pained by Wes Wixom from Riverside Rods & Upholstery.

The mailbox has sound effects, a snowman stairway and candy cane fence.

Every single letter that is dropped off by December 20, 2017, will be responded to by Santa himself with the help of several volunteer elves.

“We are always looking for fun and unique ways that we can get involved with our community,” said owner Jace Katseanes. “It’s a way to say ‘thank you’ to our customers for supporting us. We’re inviting everyone to stop by and drop their letters to Santa.”

You can drop letters off until December 25.
