I-15 from Dubois to the Montana State Line reopens

UPDATE 3:20 p.m. The Idaho Transportation Department reports Interstate 15 from Dubois (Exit 167) to the Montana State Line (Exit 196) is open.

ITD said wind gusts of up to 33 mph and up to 8 inches of new snow accumulation are expected.
