Kite festival coming to Rigby
All eyes will be in the sky Saturday for a kite festival being held in Rigby on Saturday.
The free festival begins at noon and goes until 5:00 p.m. at Rigby High School.
You are encouraged to bring your own food and enjoy a picnic under a sky full of kites.
You can even bring your own kite to fly.
There will be be a station to make kites as well.
