Pocatello delivery service bringing customers food from more than 30 restaurants

The food industry has seen some drastic changes in recent years. Sandwiches everywhere, IHOP becoming IHOb and food delivery services dominating the way people are getting their food.

Since services like Grubhub and Uber Eats were launched, restaurants are changing the way they serve customers.

In many major cities, like New York and Los Angeles, some restaurants are serving 30 and sometimes 40 percent of their orders via delivery apps.

The major players in the game haven’t fully ventured into the towns of Bannock County. This has allowed local groups to toss their hat into the nearly $50 billion dollar industry.

Pocatello Food Express has been serving people in Bannock County for over a year and a half now. Owner Scott Adams worked as a pizza delivery boy in college and is now serving his customers a wide variety of food from 30 local restaurants.

He started the service with only 15 stores but has found ways to continue expanding and has even begun serving residents of Idaho Falls and Twin Falls.

Restaurants like Mama Inez in Pocatello are, for the first time, able to deliver their customers food, something that has brought them lots of positive feedback.
