Bonneville Online School setting new goals

With school starting soon Bonneville online school is setting new goals.

They are hoping 90% of students in the district to earn college credits and that 50% of all graduating classes will have achieved 9 or more college credits.

The online school allows high school students to take college courses and even get an associates degree. They say students have been taking advantage of the opportunity.

“It’s awesome, it’s just great to see the growth that we’ve had in a two-year period. Last year we just issued over 6,000 credits to students and then this year we’re at 7,700 so it’s great to see what’s happened in two years, we’re looking forward to kids taking more and more advantage of those opportunities,” says Corey Telford, principal.
