Local former C.I.A. Russia analyst talks about Russia in the news
Former Central Intelligence Agency Russia analyst, Jeff Carr appeared on Local News 8’s Newsline program Monday night to answer questions about current news stories about Russia, election meddling, and Vladimir Putin. Carr lived in Siberia for two years serving a mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He went on to get a masters degree at Stanford in Russian Studies before going to the C.I.A. He moved back to his hometown of Idaho Falls last year to work in public affairs for the Museum of Idaho.
