The driver was located later by Bannock County Sheriff’s deputies on U.S. Highway 30. Again, officers discontinued pursuit for safety reasons.

The suspect was spotted a third time by State Police troopers south of Bancroft, according to ISP.

The driver again tried to evade police, but, with the help of Caribou County deputies, stopped the vehicle near Old Highway 30 and Talmage Road southeast of Bancroft.

34-year-old Adam Cook was arrested and transported to the Caribou County Jail in Soda Springs. Cook was initially charged with felony eluding and driving without privileges.
