Fire Trail fire nearly contained
A fire on the Greys River Ranger District is now 94 percent contained.
The Fire Trail fire was started after an ATV accident last Saturday in the Squaw Creek drainage about 5 miles south of Alpine, Wyoming.
Fire personnel are looking for hot spots outside fire lines on the 30-acre fire.
The Squaw-Murphy Road and Squaw Flat dispersed camping area are still closed.
Management of the fire is transitioning to a local district incident on Saturday.
