One of Little’s next immediate acts will come next Tuesday. As acting Governor, Little will join Secretary of State Lawrence Denny and the State Board of Canvassers to formally certify the results of the General Election.
Little will also issue a proclamation declaring Proposition Two, Medicaid expansion, to be law. Voters approved the measure by a 60 percent margin.
